"My name is Carla Alyssa Balucan, 25 years of age, currently lived here at Oriental Mindoro. I'm a teacher by profession. I started working way back 2016, after I finished college, I worked as a Customer Service Representative in one of the well-known BPO company in Davao City. After that, I was hired as a Medical Biller by a start-up company in the same city, where I was given an opportunity to be a team leader and was sent to Manila to handle a team. But 2 years after I have decided to try Freelancing because of the hassle in going to work, a friend of mine told me about it also and now I can say that I made the right choice for myself because I am enjoying the perks of working at home and don't have any issues adjusting on work in this new normal setup. My first ever dental client considered me for a position as a Dental Claims Coordinator-where I do claims followed-up, submit claims, and later on trained me on different things about dental. Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule patients , call-out patient to confirm their appointments, and verify insurance.
