"I have been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years. My fist employer was Convergys in San Lazaro, Manila back in May 2016. I have worked as a customer service representative for more than a year and got transferred to disputes and claims department for a few months and got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert for the said department. I have decided to look for a different company that would better compensate me and left Convergys, September of 2018.
My second employer was Alorica Philippines. Started my career with them last January 2019. I worked as a customer service representative for a year and got transferred to technical support representative for 1 year and 2 months. The reason why I left the company last February 2021 was because of the lack of support when the pandemic started.
Also, allowance for internet and electricity where not provided during that time. So I decided to look for another job at a different company. Then I found out from my previous boss that you are hiring and I decided to apply to your company. I also have been interested in Virtual Assistant jobs these past few weeks but the other company I applied to is looking for someone that has the experience. And I would like to thank for considering me as your applicant.
