My name is Ryan Estrada, I am 41 years old from the City of Love Iloilo. I am a person who always believes that things happen for a reason and a purpose. I am very optimistic that despite being in a situation when things get rough, I still look at the bigger picture and I always hopeful.
I have spent more than 4 years doing this job and to start with, I was a Sales Representative for an outbound account with TRG The resource Group in Ortigas Pasig City for a British Telecommunications Company which is Toucan Telco. and that was from April 2005 to March 2006. We were selling phones and bundles to the British Market. The second was with Dish Network (cable/internet bundle) fir E Ventus PLDT in Iloilo City as an Advance CSR from April 2009 to May 2010, we also do the basic tech support for this account like troubleshooting and billing as well. The third was with Teleperformance in Sucat Paranaque City as a Prepaid Hotel Reservation Agent from April 2012 to November 2013, basically, we assist customers to book their hotel reservation online using our website. The most recent is being a Virtual Assistant for FES/UCES Credit Repair Company from September 2019 to December 2020. We help clients and agents with their sign-ups to our website, activation, monitoring,back-office work, and more. I am also a singer/host for 20 years now and that is where I first learned all the things about mingling with people, building rapport, making friends, how to make the calm, and a lot more interesting things about people.
Helping out people and making them happy puts me in a state where I only see and feel beautiful things for a short span of time.
