    “My name is Katrina Joye G. Morante. I am 34 years old, I am from San Miguel Bulacan, Philippines. I took up Bachelor of Arts, in Mass Communication at Adamson University, Manila back in 2003. I have been in the BPO industry for quite a while now. I started with Telectech Pilipinas in March of 2008 as a Customer Service for United Health Group- Provider. I stayed with the campaign for seven months however, the account was pulled out by UHG due to the recession in America. Then I was transferred to VISA as a Fraud Specialist, stayed in the campaign for two years.

    Then after few months of rest, I applied for a technical account in Convergys back in September of 2010, thankfully I was hired and stayed in the company until 2015. I have handled few accounts under Convergys, first was Microsoft for Zune devices, their counterpart for iPad, then Microsoft Store, and also Xbox. Then I was chosen to be part of a pioneer account for a UK telecommunication known as Everything Everywhere, EE or previously known as Orange - UK. We handled technical and billing concerns for their customers. I stayed with the campaign for over a year and I requested to be transferred to another technical account which is Dell computers. This is an advanced technical account where we handle the hardware and software concerns of all series of Dell computers. We process the replacement and servicing of the computers from North America, Canada, and SouthEast Asia.

    After staying with Convergys for five years, I decided to explore other companies which offer a much higher salary. So I applied with Synchrony Financial or previously known as GE Money Bank back in March of 2015, I handled their PLCC and credit card for Sam's and Walmart and was crossed trained for British Petroleum credit cards too. I stayed there for a year and decided to resign since I will be moving out of the town, it was a tough decision but I was not getting any younger, I wanted to start my own family. So after having my rest I got pregnant of course after the marriage, I decided to work again and this was August of 2017 with Iqor Philippines, I was hired for T-Mobile USA where I became a part of the first TEX campaign of the company here in the Philippines. Enjoyed my stay in the company and campaign for more than a year however things happened, personal decisions needed to be decided. So we moved back to our hometown which is Bulacan, I requested to be transferred to one of Iqor branches near my province but it took few months, and I was left with no job.

    So this is when I started looking for a freelancing job back in 2019. I joined the ESL industry for over a year but the income was not enough. So I looked for a home-based call center this was back in April 2020. Thankfully I was hired for a seasonal account as customer service for an online store under Athena Promo, stayed with them for three months only. Followed by another seasonal account SAKS 5th Avenue with Techmahindra an online store based in America from September 2020 until January 2021.

    Now I'm engaged with free lancings, such as ESL or online teaching, and I'm actively looking for a much stable job and income.''
