"My name is Swetzel Mayola. I am interested with the job opening that you have in your company. I will be honored to be part of your company and be one of your company's assets someday.
I've been in the Bpo industry since 2008. I started my journey as a Chat support representative of a UK Based account called 118-118 or Ask us Anything. We usually answer queries from customers about directions, recipes or anything under the sun. We also help them with directory assistance. Our customers receive our responses thru SMS.
After a year, I joined Convergys Phil’s. as a Licensing Specialist for Cisco. We usually sell licenses to companies all over the world. We also assist customers in the technical aspect. We help them in activating and rehosting licenses from Cisco devices and software. Not only that we also answer high priority calls from VIPs.
I also became a technical support specialist for Samsung Electronics America. We assist customers in troubleshooting devices. We troubleshoot home appliances, laptop, camera & mobile phones. We also process warranty and setup schedule if devices need to be checked by technician.
I joined Alorica Phil’s. as a Retention Specialist for Sirius XM, a subscription for a satellite radio. We assist customer in troubleshooting their radios. We also assist customer in cancelling their subscription and we also provide saved offers.
Lastly, I became a part of T-Mobile for Business as a Technical Expert. We assist customer in troubleshooting their devices and most especially their network. We create ticket to escalate issues that we cannot resolve through troubleshooting. Aside from technical aspect, we also assist customer with their account. We assist them with their bills, process payment, refund, offer upgrades, accessories and even adding new lines on the account.
Being a customer service representative is a challenging job but it helps me a lot especially with dealing different kind of culture and people."
