**Terms and Conditions for Competition.

1. Prize must be used in conjunction with your booking and is limited to 4 persons occupying an apartment. An extra person charge will apply for a 5th person. (max 5 per apartment)

2. Entries must be received by October 30th 2012 and the winner will be advised by Hi Surf management during November 2012.

3. As the competition is subjective, the decision will be final with no explanation to be provided and no correspondence entered into.

4. Hi Surf reserves the right to amend the prize and the date for a decision at its sole discretion.

5. Once prize booking is made, a 14 day cancellation/alteration policy applies from the date of stay. Late changes or an cellations may result in forfeiting the prize.

6. Confirmation with deposit for any booking made is required to be eligible for the prize. Any deposit given will be non refundable.
