" I am the best fit for this position because my long-term experience was with customer service, and these experiences had molded me into what I am today. I am able to handle irate callers, I am also good with multi-tasking. I am willing to listen to customer needs and provide stellar solutions. I also had sales experience and I have been able to perform well in sales. Selling products is not only selling items but letting them know that will be needing these products and will benefit them greatly.
Most of the time, I am a by-the-book type of employee. I always make sure that I follow all the instructions that are provided to me. But when given the chance to provide the extra mile, that would be a great thing to offer to our clients. "'
