"Hi there! I am Precious Sheena Osua Pepito and I go by the name, ‘Sheen’. I am resilient and goal-oriented. I am currently residing in the Northern province of Cebu, Philippines. After I graduated from the University of San Carlos with a Bachelor’s Degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management last 2014, I started my career with Qatar Airways as a Customer Service Agent.
As a first point of contact of passengers at the airport such as providing all the necessary help and support like assisting them to their flights and making sure that their passports and/or visas are valid. Basically, giving that smooth hassle-free travels. For three years in that role, it really molded me to become the best version of my personal and professional self. I’ve gained the skills of writing flight reports, paying attention to every detail of passenger’s name, the validity of passports and visa, other documents needed and flight numbers to set some examples and of course, giving the importance of time since in the airline, we do not tolerate even a minute of delay.
As I am passionate in self-growth and never-ending pursuit of enjoying life, learning and gaining knowledge so I moved to the Customer Experience Department and got the role of being a Flight Attendant which not only focuses on how to deliver 5 star service to each and every passenger but by also making them feel relaxed and comfortable the moment they step onboard the aircraft and leave a strong positive impact when they disembark. Truly, it doesn’t stop there, it is more about giving value on safety and security before, during and after the flight and that includes handling emergencies.
Over the span of my professional career, I’ve got to value commitment and integrity. Also, I’ve formed significant knowledge of how to handle customers in different aspects of life at the same being able to deliver excellent high-quality of standard which offers so much impact to the company. I always make sure to see the good in everything. I believe being optimistic is the first key to being happy and FUN. For the most part, due to my strong background and achievements, I am confident I’ll be able to succeed in this role you’re hiring for."
