"My past work background enables me to call different interested investors into investing into a Private Lending Company. If they do show interest about the investment, I would set them up to my boss for an appointment so they can discuss legalities and stuff and also for the investor to ask all the questions thats been building on his mind.
I was then transferred to our E-commerce account in which I handled mostly the buyers queries, returns, refunds and product replacements. I also coordinate with the Manufacturing Company for advance orders so we would not go out of stock in the future days.
Recently, from the same company, our employer asks us if that would be okay if he would change our job description and we will be given additional compensation, so from Appointment Setter, I was transferred to the technical support case management department. My duty in this job were managing our agents cases, (agent calls that as been logged into our system) and sorting them into different folders to which they would deemed fit. I classified them under Resolved, Unresolved, Escalation, and Needs more information. For the Unresolved and Needs more Information, we do callbacks and try to provide a solution to their problem."
