“ Hi, my name is Leslie Ann Leyran. You can call me Leslie for short. I have been in the call center industry for 14 years. I was a directory assistant for ten years. We provide accurate information to customers for residential and business listings. When the line of business as a directory assistant closed, I worked as a wireless specialist in one of the leading telecommunication companies in the United States. I am confidently a billing expert, customer care, and a primary troubleshooter. I believe that I also have potential in sales since this is also part of our metrics. I keep myself calm and focus on multi-tasking while being patient.
Being in the call center industry since 2007 helped me a lot to become a well-driven, passionate, dynamic team player, efficient, trustworthy, and most of all, patient. As a customer service representative and spoke with different customers every day, I learned to show empathy and care genuinely to resolve the issue. I can also work under pressure and with less supervision. I'm very eager to work at home because I believe it's about time to spend more time with my children. Being a mother of three beautiful children is a blessing. This is the perfect time to work at home since my kids are also online schooling. As they grow up, I want to bond with them and spend quality time together.
