“I have work experience in the training department, both as a trainer and as a training program planner, but I guess what matters its to talk about my experience on call centers, which I worked for around two years on a company located in Hermosillo, Mexico.
My Experience as an agent was with a certain company which provided mobile services as well as phones. I used to be on the tech support area working with coverage issues and possible cellphone malfunction. Also I could do basic services like payments and setting up new services.
We used to have a high volume on inbound calls and Overtime was offered on a regular basis. Overall it was a Good experience since it helps with problem solving skills and to deal with frustrated customers, de-escalating a lot of situations.
