Refund Evaluation and Service Charges
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your reservation,
we only charge a 10% service charge.
If you cancel less than 24 hours out, or simply don't show up,
we only charge a 15% service charge.
This service charge applies only to your first night, or deposit.
The rest of your payment or deposit will be refunded
back to your account.
Your refund will be evaluated and processed to determine the amount of our service charge, and the
balance will be refunded to your account within 3-5 business days.
