"I was born in Mexico in 1982, currently, I am 39 years old and have 5 kids, 2 dogs, and a girlfriend I live with. I am 1 of 6 and my mother and siblings live back in Arizona. I grew up in Chandler, went to elementary, Jr High, and High school. I went to AAI in phoenix for 4.5 years and got an ASE certification while working at a Jiffy lube as an Assistant Manager/ ticket rider. After school, I went to work for a mom and pops corner tire shop where I was an alignment tech for about 2 years. Once I put enough money and credit together, I opened my own shop till about 2015. After that, I was forced to move to Hermosillo MX, where I currently reside.
Upon Moving here, the Alignment work was not paying the bills so I started at a Call center for about 6 months and then with Dealer focus. I did home office and was there till about a week ago when I got laid off. I started off as an agent taking calls, making appointments for vehicles needing service, or getting status checks on vehicles being worked on. After about 6 months, I took my first step up the ladder to a quality control agent and a year later I became a MOD for about 2.5 years. My role was to watch the queue, take attendance, do training and take manager calls. I also provided live assistance and helped with call-outs. It was a great experience working there.
Working from home was complicated at first but after a few years, I bought my backup equipment from a generator, a WIFI adapter for internet outage for my desktop, and anything to cover in case of any scenarios that I might encounter. I look forward to your response. Thank you."
