"My first BPO Company was with People Support in Makati. Back in 2006, I was with the sales department of a travel agency (Orbitz and Cheaptickets) on my first 3 months and then moved to the customer service department, where I became more efficient. On the the second year of my stay, I moved to a different department, we serviced an airline named ETIHAD AIRWAYS and stayed with them until I decided to resign due to a low pay.
I decided to move to another company way back in 2008, same year when I left People Support. I was with the CSR department of JP MORGAN CHASE (former Washington Mutual) in EPERFORMAX and was with them for 8 months until I decided to leave the company again. Same reason as why I left People Support...low pay.
I, then was employed with JP MORGAN CHASE, and stayed with them for the past 7 years. I decided to leave the firm because I felt so stressed and drained for the past 10 years. I went back to my first love which is singing, and up until today, I have been doing my gigs from the time I resigned in 2016."
