    I have a solid 9 years of experience in the BPO or Call Center industry as a Customer Support, Subject Matter Expert, Escalations Lead, Mentor, and Team Lead. I was the top seller of the year for SPRINT for two consecutive years. After 2 years with SPRINT I was promoted as a Quality Analyst for Athena Health and was Promoted again as a Quality Supervisor for QuickBooks INTUIT technical support.

    I had been a Virtual Assistant/Resolution Specialist/Executive Virtual Assistant for Shopify and Amazon Sellers. My tasks were to make sure that the company's Feedback Rating doesn't go Below 98%, reconcile Vendors files and answer customer's inquiries and concerns through email, Product, and market research, Create fulfillment and handle returns and listing management. I also handle creating weekly and monthly business reports, Scheduling meetings with the vendors for the CEO, email management and task delegations.

    After working for Autoplicity, I was hired by Springboard as their Admissions Support wherein I answered live chats and email inquiries from the students and helped the sales team for any other concerns or request they might need.

    Springboard.com down sized due to the pandemic. I was fortunate enough to be part of Dream Town Realty as their Marketing Assistant.
