In my previous role as a Customer Service Specialist, I proved to be a reliable, independent, committed, and detail-oriented team member. From my previous employers, I handled customer concerns and requests efficiently. From billing, account payments, account updates and more. I also handled a few administrative tasks such as processing documents requested by customers.
I also had a home based work experience as an Order Management/Customer Support Officer from an e-commerce business based in Canada. I handled order fulfillment and monitoring, refund processing, customer concerns resolution and administrative tasks such as creating product contents and ads script for the company’s various stores.
