"I have over 15 years of progressive experience in the Customer Support fields, gaining 12 years of extensive experience in Operations Management and also, since i am an Operations Manager, i do my own recruitment activities, which spans for the last 8 years.
As an experienced Operations manager who possesses extensive IT knowledge, strong leadership skills and superb relationship management abilities, I feel I would be an ideal candidate for the position.
