| Payment

| Payment for half the amount is due at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival at the party. A separate email will be sent to you with your payment options. Fee is partially refundable if you cancel the party within 2 weeks of party date. ($35 cancellation fee is charged.) No refund will be offered for last minute cancellations - another family may have wanted your date.

Please ask about special rates if you are outside the Greater Sudbury area. Currently enrolled families receive a 10% discount.
Additional Information
Attendance and recommended ages
Up to 10 children may be in attendance. (Additional children: $8 per child) A Kindermusik Birthday Party is best suited for ages 6 months to 6 years.
Adults in Attendance
We invite EVERYONE to get involved, no matter what your age! For children up to age 3, there must be one participating adult with each child. For children over 3 years, adult participation is encouraged, but optional. We do ask that at least one adult be in attendance for every 5 children.
What comes first?
Plan to start your party with Kindermusik. Food, toys, and gifts should come after we leave so the children can fully enjoy the Kindermusik experience without distractions.
Party Location
We come to you!! You find the place to hold the party – at a community center, at your local library, at your church, grocery store room – anywhere suitable to accommodate a group of children having FUN! We bring the instruments, props, music, and the entertainment. If you are planning on using an area in your home, please move the furniture around to help create a large open space and remove all toys from that area.
Scheduling
Parties are scheduled Saturdays after 3:30, Sunday afternoons and some evening parties may be available. Bookings need to be made at least one month in advance. Parties begin and end promptly as scheduled.
