Finance
You must travel with all the members from your church.
Please arrange all finances through leaders appointed by your youth pastor.
Here are Typical Budget Items for Your Consideration:
1) Flights(Each church collects money from participants and buys tickets for their members)
2) Ministry Fee $300/person. This includes Room and Board, transportation, Lodging, and Food for the length of the trip while in Dominican Republic.
4) Plane tickets for one adult volunteer or a pastor for each church will be covered by TIMA.
5) Group TShirts, VBS Supplies, incidentals will be covered by TIMA.
6) Each church is encouraged to fundraise to help lower the cost of the trip.
