"I started my BPO career at SPi Global where I handled the Dishnetwork account, I was a CUstomer service and a technical support representative. I do answer inbound calls with general customer service queries like billing, promotions, cancellation, setting up a new account,s, and some others. I also do basic troubleshooting of customers' internet and cable service. I've been there for 3 years.
After that, I look for better opportunities and got hired at West Contacts Services which is now Alorica.
I handled the Bank of America account as a Financial Analyst also with Alorica, we complete credit card applications over the phone, present features and benefits of the cards, and also provide the status of the application to the customer. I've been with them for 5 years then the account was closed, so we are given the chance to apply for a back-office post, luckily I got the job post as Order/Project Manager where I handled ATT. We are the ones who issue, track, and complete telephone orders from our clients. Our main job is to provide a smooth transaction to our customers in terms of moving, adding, changing, and disconnecting their ATT telephone numbers. I've been there for 4 years until the account was closed again this July so were on floating status. I started looking for a part-time job and I was able to handle recruitment for the ber months where we source and make leads to find the best candidate."
