"I've been in the customer service industry for more than 10 years now supporting one of the biggest insurances in US. My recent work was with a Dental Clinic based in the US as a Virtual Assistant checking claims if being submitted correctly, exporting reports via google sheets and checking eligibility of patient’s insurance.
I've also worked in a BPO company in which we handled inbound calls from dental offices based in the US. We attend to provider’s query by providing patient’s eligibility, benefits and claim denials. We also cater to provider’s credentialing disputes and other payment concerns.
After five years in the same BPO Company, I got promoted to a Team Leader in which I had a chance to support customer service associates grow, handled escalated concerns and created action plans which further help the company and meet client’s expectations."
