    "My experience as a customer service representative comes back since 2012, working for recognized companies like The Home Depot, Sprint/Virgin Mobile and Money Management International (MMI) where I met and exceeded company’s goals and metrics as a customer service agent. The way I exceeded on goals and metrics is by providing great customer service satisfaction with great communication and skills for over 8 years. My long-term experience as a CSR has taught me how to meet customers’ expectations by taking action, building rapport and establishing trust with customers to make process easier and more efficiency.

    As a CSR in MMI my main job was to gather customers information to set up an appointment with our specialist to get counseling and advise to resolve their needs. Another of my great experience was working for Sprint/Virgin Mobile where I actually enjoyed assisting customers by helping them with any type of issues, they had with their phone service or their device. My main objective was to gather information to solve their problems either if it was with the service provided by the antennas or their phone. At The Home Depot I also enjoy being a CSR because I actually had the chance to know new products, place online orders, sending requests for parts of products and sending reports for any type of complaint they had at a store or with an associate.

    Working for over 8 years as a CSR helped me to improve in my skills by being an active listener, multitasker, business development understandings and problem-solving abilities. I’ve built an excellent history of customer satisfaction with my strengths in multitasking and active listener, combined with proficiency in communicating, I am well-prepared to deliver top-quality service.

    I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the role and feel I can make an effective and immediate contribution to your team. I’ve excelled in roles that focus on helping others.
