The residents of Bamboes Street and surrounding areas request the closure of business at 1 Bamboes Street, Constantia Kloof due to suspicious behaviour and subsequent increase in crime incidents in the area. The house has been turned into student accommodation without the necessary rezoning being requested and approved. Residents strongly object to the change in premises which is in a residential area.
