"I have been part of different accounts in the BPO industry for 3 companies in a span of almost a decade now. Mostly as a Quality Assurance Analyst working from inbound Sales to Customer Service, and even to a Healthcare non-voice account. I started as an outbound Order Call-out Representative, wherein I do some research on who can deliver to the customer’s order, but since it was only for a seasonal account, I looked for a more stable job. That was when I was hired as a Customer Service Representative in an international Telco Account. Things were going smoothly and I was promoted to a higher Tier that further developed my technical skills and handling calls for customer service. Not later that year, I was promoted to a Quality Assurance Analyst. My role as a Quality Assurance Analyst continued when I was hired for the same position, but a Sales account this time. Unfortunately, that account got dissolved which landed me in my current company. 2016, I was hired as a Process Executive to a non-voice healthcare account wherein I was in direct contact with our clients, and was later promoted to a Senior Process Executive. Last year, I requested to be relocated due to the pandemic and I am now working in a retail account for an inbound Order Taking Center for a food chain in the US until the present.
If there is one word that would best describe me, that is I am versatile. Those various accounts I was in were so diverse, that it’s like I am always starting from page 1 even if I have been in the industry for a long time. I have this great passion for learning and good time management that helped me excel with different lines of businesses and working with different tasks at the same time. On my previous account, not only was I doing my usual tasks, but at the same time without compromising my job position, I was also a certified Boot Camp Trainer, Workforce Trainee, Secondary Process Trainer, and Secondary Auditor/Quality Assurance Analyst.
I don’t plan to deliver anything less than a 100% and I am very excited to impart my learnings and experiences to your company, but always with that thought that even though I have years of experience, there is always something to learn and there is always something to improve. And I will make sure that I am worth every penny I am paid for."
