Banner ad Extension/Renewal Form

Please fill out the form below if you would like to extend your current in rotation banner by two weeks or renew your banner for 30 days. You may request an extension only once per in rotation banner for *half of the cost of a 30 day banner.

You cannot change the information on an extended time banner. If you wish to renew your banner at full banner cost, you may change the information that appears on the banner each time you renew. You will need to re-purchase the banner in either case, but you will not have to pay a submission fee.
After you click submit, please allow 24 hours for confirmation e-mail.

*Note: Extension are half the banner cost plus tax

If you did not recieve a network I.D number you may not be able to renew or extend a banner as the option to run a banner ad without joining is a promotion. If you did not join the network but have a promo code to run and extend a banner ad, please put the promo code in the field below.
If you are not a Network Member, what is your promo code?
