I understand Latisha Horton's (Eccentric Designs) fee of $150.00 is separate from my projected budget (is non-refundable) and will need to be paid in full along with my 50% deposit toward my budget prior to any services being initiated.

::::::::::Terms and Conditions::::::::::
1. Appointments ARE REQUIRED and are subject to availability.
2. All events styled by Eccentric Designs require a 50% deposit due at time of booking the event. Full Payment is due one week before your event.
3. Please call (863-875-2527) to re-schedule and/or cancel your event and also follow-up your phone call with a e-mail to (eccentricdesignstudio@live.com). A two weeks (14 "business" days) notice applies; or else your refund may be subject to forfeiture.
4. Distance restrictions apply; service areas include 20 miles of 33881. Additional fees apply to areas beyond the 20 mile radius.
5. Eccentric Designs does not provide food trays, platters, ANY edible foods, or floral arrangements.
6. Taxes and gratuities were not included in your fee.
::::::::::Cancellation/Refund Policy:::::::::::
Eccentric Designs reserves the right to cancel and reschedule an event due to inclement weather, unforeseen illness, or any other circumstance out of control.
If you cancel up to fourteen (14) "business" days prior to your event date, your "event" deposit will be refunded to you in full (Eccentric Designs fee of $150.00 will NOT be refunded). If you cancel less than fourteen (14) "business" days before your scheduled event, your deposit will not be refunded.

Any events booked less than six (6) to eight (8) weeks notice WILL incur a $100.00 rush fee at the time of booking.

If your party guest(s) are no-shows and/or are late they are forfeiting their spot for services. Refunds ARE NOT available for no-shows and/or late party guest(s).
::::::::::Photo Release Policy::::::::::
Eccentric Designs will provide the point of contact with the appropriate amount of photo release forms for party guest(s). With your permission, Eccentric Designs may use pictures from the event for promotional purposes for marketing/advertising on Eccentric Designs business website and/or all social media websites.
::::::::::Insurance Policy::::::::::
Eccentric Designs assumes no responsibility/liability for ANY accident(s) or damages (including but not limited to: allergies to food).
In the event any of Eccentric Designs inventory is loss and/or damaged at your event - YOU - the client assume all financial responsibility to replace damaged/loss item(s).
