""I have been with the BPO industry for 11 years with 3 different companies. Last year, I had the privilege to work from home and I really appreciate its advantages. I told myself, I would like to have a permanent job from home.
I have been a Customer Service Representative for eBay handling disputes for almost 7 years. I answer and decide on inquiries and claims using our processes and procedures at hand.
I have also been part of JP Morgan Chase and Co.; I handled Merchant Disputes, Fraud Recovery and Claims for 2 years. Part of my responsibility was that I have to make sure that Service Level Agreement will be adhered and followed as well as proper investigation and resolution will be provided to customers.
Just recently, I ended my job as a Quality Assurance Analyst with Iqor handling AT&T / Directv Account. I stayed there for 2 years and I handled Billing, Collections and Technical Support. As a QA, I have been exposed to doing evaluations, calibrations, huddles and coaching to drive performance and identify behaviours that agents should improve on by providing best practices.
I am confident that my long years of service, acquired skills and training would be an excellent match for the position I am applying for.'
