Georgetown Bridal Show Vendor Registration

TERMS: By submitting this form, you are signing up for the 2023 Georgetown Bridal Show. In order to reserve a booth, you must be a Chamber member in good standing and complete this form.

Once the contract is received, you will be invoiced for the $100 non-refundable down-payment which goes towards your booth fee. You will have 48 hours to pay the $100 fee in order to complete your reservation. After January 15, the entire booth fee is due within 48 hours of your contract being approved.

SET-UP: Vendor set-up times will be announced closer to the event date.

PRICING: Booths are $425. For a corner booth, add $50 to the price.

PRICE INCLUDES: Your booth fee includes a 10' x10' booth space with black pipe & drape running behind the booth and between booths. Electricity is included for all booths. You will be provided 2 6-ft rectangular tables with linens and 2 Chairs for your booth. Additional tables can be purchase for $10 a table.

PAYMENT DUE DATE: Full payment is due by January 15, 2023. If registering after that date, payment is due in full in order to reserve your booth.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation by the Chamber for any reason at any time will result in the return of all money paid.

Cancellation By Vendor:
Prior to October 31, you lose only the $100 down payment if you cancel.

After October 31, cancellation is only allowed if an approved substitute is found. If an approved sub is found, you will lose only the $100 down payment. Any other money will be refunded. If an approved sub is not found, you are responsible for payment in full.
