"My previous work history from 2005 to 2012 was mainly focused on administrative tasks. After I graduated from college, I worked as an on-call test administrator for CEM. Then in 2006, I started working as a Personal Assistant at Bonne Realty Corporation (a Private Business Company) and was primarily responsible for managing their rental properties. I ended my contract with the company in 2008 and started working as Testing Office Assistant at the Center for Premier Int'l Language in the same year. I administered Level Exams to Korean, Japanese, and European students who were learning to speak in English and coordinated with the Training supervisors and managers on special activities for the students.

In June 2013, I started working at Calltek Inc. and was a field dispatch and customer service representative for the Multiband account. Multiband is one of the leading full-service home service providers in the U.S. In November 2018, I was transferred to Manada Technologies-Bestbuy account together with another colleague for us to start up its Field Service Dispatch team. For both accounts, the task was to assist, coordinate with technicians and customers on their home service installations.

Daily, we engaged with 50 or more technicians a day (depending on the area assigned) on schedule for installations. Every day there were hundreds of job installation services that were scheduled to be completed. During the entire shift, I had to make outbound calls to different technicians on their specific work orders in their schedule, check on their estimated time of arrival, get real-time updates then relayed important information to the customers. I closely coordinated with tech supervisors and General Managers in the area through email exchange and phone calls to assist them in routing the jobs and to keep the working schedule rolling since they needed to get as many jobs completed for the day and resolve scheduling and routing issues that may arise.

I also receive inbound calls from customers, store agents, and technicians. Customer and agent calls included service and billing inquiries, installation appointments queries (scheduling and rescheduling), resolving escalations, and service issues. Technicians call us to update statuses on their handhelds, activation and closing their jobs, tracking their work schedule, assisting them with their concerns on their handhelds, linking calls to their supervisors if any installation issues need to be addressed as soon as possible.

I am confident that my 7 years of extensive experience as a field service dispatch and customer service representative would make me the best fit for this job. The high- pressure environment has taught me attention to details, resilience, and flexibility in using different tools provided by the client. My other previous work backgrounds with administrative tasks also had helped me hone my skills in multi-tasking and time management. I am tech-savvy, a fast learner, a good listener, and adaptable. I am a result-oriented person with a sense of urgency combined."
