    " I started my career in the contact center industry in 2010. I was an appointment setter for a Search Engine Optimization company. I then moved to a Customer service role for an Online Retail Store. My job pretty much covers the entire store’s processes. My calls were generally product-customization inquiries, where I help customers figure out the best components they can buy within their budget.

    I also support checking order statuses and process returns and exchanges. This experience allowed me to learn how to deal with a variety of customer personalities. I've learned how to adapt and accommodate each of my clients based on their personalities. Which results to a positive customer experience.

    After spending a couple of years working for this retail store, I decided to apply for a major bank in the US. I got accepted for a Customer Service role where I assist customers with their bank accounts. This role made me learn the importance of integrity in the finance business. "
