“ For the past (3) three years I have worked in customer support, most recently as a logistics support specialist. My day-to-day tasks consist of inbound and outbound calls from customers and co-personnel, emails, chat and investigation of escalated orders. My team mainly focus on deliveries, we track orders and communicate with warehouses to make sure everything is on schedule. Call the client and/or shipper to schedule deliveries or inform them if there are any delays. Finding solutions and trying to resolve escalations and issues are also part of my job. I love that this job keeps me on my toes and it feels like I’m learning or doing something new every day.
I have also worked as a technical support representative setting up domains and websites for clients, it was a very tedious process that helped me develop my patience especially with clients without or with little knowledge about technology. Before all of this, I also worked as a digital design specialist for roughly (2) two years. I designed marketing collaterals, websites and eLearning courses. This job vastly improved my attention to detail.
Lastly, to wrap things up are my first jobs that gave me my deep-rooted diligence. Back in college I worked part time in a fast food chain which lasted for about a year, I also worked in a hardware store. These are low paying jobs that taught me the importance and value of money and hard work.''
