“ I have worked in the BPO or contact centers here in the Philippines for over 8 to 9 years handling different campaigns such as customer service, inbound retail sales, financial accounts, hotel reservations and Escalations and retentions. I have used different softwares, CRMs and tools needed to perform my job effectively and efficiently on those campaigns.
I just recently transitioned to working from home and I can say it has been a wonderful journey so far. I have just experienced doing some cold calling or Appointment setting for a Real Estate Investor. My job is to pre qualify leads, do comps or comparables , present the offer to the sellers and do follow ups with them.
Being a part of different campaigns and lines of businesses developed my flexibility to easily adapt to changes, to learn fast, and to always think of ways on how to improve myself. ''
