“ I am 38 Years old; I have been working for 20 years mostly in Restaurant Service. I have always enjoyed working on a face- to - face type of customer Service. For the Restaurants that I worked with I had a passion to provide the best customer service Experience. I have worked in customer service for other companies and I have been able to learn to de value of a good tone of voice since we are not able to provide a smile to our clients over the phone.
I have also learned the importance of having Active listening skills to ensure great customer experience. To be able to respond to our clients concerns questions or complaints in a timely manner.
I also learned the importance to provide a resolution to de - escalate any issues and to be able to show empathy to a client in distress. Keeping my supervisor aware of any issues that I might be having with a client making sure my he or she provides any input that will help me provide a resolution.
In my last job experience I was able to understand the voice over the phone is very important right from the beginning, working from home our voice is the face of the company. With this past year and going through the pandemic a lot of people had to learn to do many things over the phone. The Satisfaction that we are able to provide to our clients reciprocates to us when we know we are providing a great customer service and satisfaction. "
