    "My name is Rommel Lucero, and for my introduction video, I want to introduce myself as a father, provider and breadwinner. I have beautiful kids which inspire me to push myself beyond my known boundaries and a supportive wife who always helps me win.

    Professionally, I have been with the BPO industry for 13 years. I started as a technical support representative then became an IT helpdesk analyst for Marriott hotels, and afterward technical/sales consultant for accounting software.

    With my IT knowledge that I had acquired, I was privileged to be hired as a renewal representative for a virtual network company that manages support and maintenance renewals. within a year, I was assigned to spearhead a team composed of top-caliber renewal reps for a cross-sell and upsell project. with all the dedication and hard work, the numbers blew up and we celebrated as the program became stable and was signed by the client to be a regular LOB for the account.

    I was promoted as a manager, but I handled a different logo within the same company, and that time I was managing 15 reps for salesforce as the team was tasked to touched customers with sunset versions or licenses that are about to become obsolete and offer them new and advance platform.

    Currently, I am working with Solarwinds as a Senior renewals account manager. A sales account managing clients on software licenses, to be prepared prior to their maintenance renewals. We process PO and invoices on a channel-driven environment involving distributors and reseller within Asia Pacific region.

    My skill set has been built strongly on technical support, IT knowledge, and renewals sales. but my core is always customer service, I find it fulfilling (personally) to help customers with their issues and concerns while putting a smile and marking their experiences with me with good customer care."
