This is a standard application form therefore, some questions may not appertain to the role you are applying for.

Please read through before answering and where possible answer all questions, half or part filled in forms will not be kept nor viewed as worthy of the person appearing in our productions.

and perhaps viewed some of the photographs, free clips this will give you an insight into what we will allow/not allow and the way we like a shoot to go. Some things obviously take place at the bottom's discretion though that is only if I require it and they are ok with it, no-one will over step the boundaries which we/you place at anytime.

Finally, as we enjoy the scene ourselves and are not multi-millionaires, we shoot at least once every 1-2 months dependant upon finances, finding the right people, studios (these are usually in the Midlands) etc;
So you may not hear from us straight away, we view all application forms prior to our shoots to determine if the player will be suitable for the role plays/scenarios we have in mind, so don't think we have forgotten about you, we would genuinely like to fit all real life players into a shoot but this just isn't feasible. Most players come along for the day which normally starts at 10am - 5/6pm with lunch break and drink breaks in between, though you may not be involved in all the shoots that take place during the days filming. We have basic guidelines for each clip we shoot but it is only a guideline there is no script to follow, all are ad-libbed following a quick discussion as to what we want prior to the clip (basically we make it up as we go along ) What we will not tolerate is people thinking they can come along and play to their own fantasy!
For Females you can bring a chaperone along with you but they will not be allowed in the rooms/studio where filming is taking place, due to noise, movement and getting in the camera's way, there will be an area they can sit and wait then you can chat to them in between, they will be able to get refreshments and naturally join us for lunch.
WE DO NOT allow watchers/public on the premises.
NOTE: If you have no intention of turning up for a shoot then do not bother returning this application form. If you are booked, confirm and then do not arrive your name will be added to a black list. We do not have the time, money or inclination to deal with time wasters.

By this I mean 1 week usually longer than that, I only require people who are reliable & safe, if you can not guarantee this then please don't waste my time. If you arrange a shoot with us and fail to turn up or cancel we will not entertain you again.

if yes to the question above, please list this helps considerably with the different scenarios/roles i.e. school uniform, pj's/nightie, gym kit, track suit, formal attire, underwear, may be vintage clothes if required.

Please be aware when answering this question, it will have a bearing on your suitability for roles. We film quite a few different scenarios in one day so you will be asked to play with others. Also note I can not accommodate couples whom only wish to play 1-2-1 with each other, if you are willing to play with others then by all means fill in the form.

If bottoming do you know your limits?

We do not want severe inc. blood play, if this is what you are into then please DO NOT bother returning the form. Our shoots are based more on role play/fantasy play. If you are administering incorrectly you will be told, if you are too hard you will be stopped and play will cease for you, you will be escorted off the shoot and you will most definitely not be invited to return to any of my shoots.
