This form must be filled out by all students enrolled in the Fall 2017 NY Arts Program. Residency in the NY Arts Program EHS housing is now required.

a) A $500 refundable housing deposit is required from each student. This deposit is separate from housing rent cost and must be received by

b) Deposit may be either check or money order made out to OWU/ NY Arts Program and mailed to NY Arts Program, 336 West 37th Street, Suite 1100, NY, NY 10018
c) The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the student departs the room.
d) NY Arts Program may use as much of the security as necessary to pay for repair of damages resulting from the occupancy or vacating of the room by the student, not including normal wear and tear. Remaining deposit will be returned.
After we receive your housing deposit, we will forward information about check in dates and move in procedures.
Fall Semester housing is for 15 weeks.
Spring semester housing is 15 weeks or 10 weeks (for trimester students).
If you intend to extend an internship beyond the 10 or 15 week period, you will need to make further accommodation arrangements with the NY Arts Program and will be responsible for all rental fees.
HOUSING CANCELLATION DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY
Should a student withdraw from the program, NYAP will only refund a housing deposit if written notice of the students withdrawal is received two months prior to the program start. A deposit will be forfeited if notification is less than two months.

Housing cost for Fall & Spring semester:
$6,800 for 15 week students
$5,500 for 10 Week students
It is the students responsibility to understand their home college billing policy.
If your college directly bills their students for both NY Arts Program tuition & housing. NY Arts Program will bill your school for your tuition and housing. The school will then bill the student.
If your colleges requires that students pay directly for their housing, NY Arts Program will then bill the student for their housing. Housing must be paid in full prior to semester start.
Fall Semester due by June 15.
