"I've been in the BPO industry for 10-years and 7-months. My two most recent jobs were Customer Service roles. Before that, I was a Media Campaign Manager on YouTube for a short period.
From September 2015 - February 2018, I was an Implementation Consultant in ADP handling the General Ledger Interface of our direct clients. With ADP, I got to experience being a project manager in such a way that we are dealing with American clients for about 2-6 months. Sometimes the transition takes longer than expected, depending on the complexities of the project.
Moreover, from May 2013 - April 2015, I started as a Customer Service/Technical Representative in Concentrix, then I became a Mentor and a Communications Trainer. Lastly, from June 2008 - April 2013, my roles were CSR, Payroll Tech Specialist in QuickBooks, and a Market Research Analyst."
