Registrations must be submitted using this form and a check must be received in the mail within 2 weeks in order to guarantee your registration in the order it was received electronically. Checks should be made out (amounts listed here: www.unwindgetaway.com/7.html) to Nancy Shroyer and mailed to Unwind Getaway, C/O Sue Homewood, 4707 Union Hill Rd, East Bend NC 27018.

Cancellations by March 10, 2014, will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations after March 10, 2014, will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee ONLY IF we can fill your spot with another attendee.
