"Hi, I am Jenelyn Butad from the beautiful City of Davao.
I have worked in the BPO industry since 2014. My first job started as a Technical Support Representative for a year and 7 months. Our product is an anti-virus program named Norton. We help customers by installing the application on the computer. We also help them with removing viruses on their pc through remote access. It's very challenging because I am not technically savvy but later on I embraced the job and find it very interesting and cool.
Then, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Telecommunications company in New Zealand. I am part of the billing team and pacifies angry customers that have a dispute about their monthly bill. We also process adjustments or credit and it's also part of our job to submit provisioning requests for customers that are wanting to change internet type( ADSL, VDSL, and Fibre).
My job experience that is relevant to what you're looking for is Medical Retrieval Specialist. I have 6 months of experience as a Medical Retrieval Specialist. We do outbound calls and send APS requests to doctors' offices and medical clinics. We verify that the correct doctor or medical facility receives the APS request. If APS is not sent after 3 days then we do a follow-up call, there is urgency in every call to make sure they will send the records as soon as possible. We handle like 100-150 cases in a day, some are new cases but some are old that need follows up. I'm really excited to be part of this company because I can contribute by using the skills I acquired from my previous experience."
