Each NC TECH member may have (1) representative serve on the Board of Advisors. Participation is ideal for individuals who have interest in future service on the Board of Directors, or executives with companies already represented on the Board of Directors but who wish to have another avenue for higher level engagement.

Advisors help strengthen the association through their support and engagement. In return, Advisors will be recognized in various ways and receive benefits that include:

• Recognition on our website, in our annual Tech Directory, through badging at events, etc.

•Special invitation to Advisors Only Networking Receptions in the Spring + Fall (4 receptions)

• Steeply discounted registration to: Outlook for Tech Event, State of Technology Conference, and NC Tech Awards Gala

• Access to Private Advisors Gatherings and VIP Receptions at Signature Events

• Quarterly newsletters

• Complimentary subscription to Business North Carolina magazine

• Special invitations (to join NC TECH at select partner events and other opportunities)

Service as an Advisor is calendar friendly! There are no required meetings. Advisors convene about once a quarter (most often in conjunction with existing events/activities on our calendar) and communicate virtually with a quarterly executive newsletter and through an exclusive LinkedIn group.

A seat on the Board of Advisors is $600 annually, billed at the time of your organization’s membership renewal (or we will pro-rate the amount for those that join now so that future billing will be aligned with your organization’s regular membership renewal month).
