"Hello, my name is Melva. I am 22 years old and I am currently living in the Philippines. I graduated from University of Southeastern Philippines with a degree of Bachelors of Science in Entrepreneurship.
I’ve been working in the BPO Industry for 2 years and I’ve went through a lot of training related to customer service. I was an account associate from AT&T and from there, we usually assist such billing concerns, perform sales, process orders, set up an appointment and take over escalations of their billing disputes. On top of that, I’ve also worked with Alibaba and Aliexpress through chat and e-mail support. We track the status of their orders, assists billing and refund escalations on their account.
I also had my internship for Business Implementation. We performed financial reports and implement product-marketing strategies to our business. I’ve also been into several workshops about marketing and sales, developing professional image and entrepreneurial skills. Stating the fact that I was a customer service representative for some quite time and been dealing with different types of people in the business, I can say that will be another opportunity for me to be a part of the company’s growth.
