"Hi my name is Janel T. Nabiula, 38 years old. I am a mom of five. I used to work as a Homebased Consultant for ByteSuccess. We process prescriptions for medical equipment, also medical records being requested by patients in the US. We scan and annotate requests, sends them over to medical facilities and we do the follow up through inbound and outbound calls directly from the facilities and patients as well.
Prior to that, I also worked as a call center representative at Microsourcing for 3 years, also under a medical retrieval account called Releasepoint where we basically do the same thing. We do outbound calls and inbound calls to process requests for medical records being sent by law firms, and some financial institutions. I have been in the BPO industry for more than ten years working as an agent and some years I worked as an IT Helpdesk Support for Harte Hanks. I basically do server monitoring, accounts provisioning and deprovisioning, password resets for different applications used by their employees globally and other IT support work.
Being able to handle both inbound and outbound accounts for many years had helped me improved my knowledge and skills. I have experienced doing sales, market research, acquisition and appointment setting. Having said all these, I am still very willing to be trained and learn new skills as well as new applications as I go along."
