"I had been in the BPO industry for more than 10 years and in the freelancing industry for 2 years with vast experience in various positions that I have handled. Most of the roles that I have performed are related to reporting and analytics, and I am proficient in utilizing the two most famous spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets).
I believe I am fit for the post as I have been an Inventory Management Specialist for one of the online in the US, and one of the things that I have done for the said client is that I have created a robust inventory management tool that calculates the number of items that are needed to be shipped using the reports that are available from the company’s website.
I am very proficient in Microsoft Excel. Most of the reports and dashboards that I have created are run thru the said tool. I have also created some files that automate the process of not only calculating the data but also compiling those and executing other programmable tasks in MS Excel as well.
Another skill that I have is process mapping and process improvement. I was trained (not yet certified though) of Yellow Belt Six Sigma, and I have applied such methodology on many processes that I have encountered and improved."
