“During my personal development I have acquired several skills to develop and achieve the different tasks that were assigned, as well as, developed skills that the different required jobs needed. Such mentioned skills required development of social and media for each job. Some of the jobs needed customer service and making sure that the products that were being provided for the consumer were the ones that were advertised, as well as, making sure that all products could be fixed to meet the customer’s satisfaction.
I perceive my self as a quick learner, easy going and with a positive attitude towards acquiring new skills to achieve new tasks. During training, I found it important to help peers in the development of their skills to help a service grow. Made sure that that our goals were headed towards meeting quality assurance expectations ensuring deadlines were covered and organized to develop our job in a more efficient manner, while paying attention to details to ensure a proper outcome.
During customer service I made sure that the customer met their expectations and the service was made whole at the end of the service provided. Services were provided using different tools such as: google meets, Microsoft office, zoom, g suits, ring central, citrix, salesforce, and intacct. During which adaptation to changes were made in order to get better results making sure to be open to improvement.
When providing customer relationship, I made sure that expectations were set properly to structure a plan to which both parties could get a common goal, focused on common growth. During the interaction, our target was set on delivering information, developing structures to establish a common ground in which growth was the main goal and setting structured objectives.
