" I started working as a parts analyst/warehouse in charge in one of the biggest automotive parts distributor here in the Philippines catering to individual customers to fleet industries. I do selling at that time when the need arises. Identify fast selling items and organize parts at the warehouse.
I joined in ISUZU dealership and resigned from being a parts analyst. My work in the dealership involves selling brand new vehicles, trucks and buses. I also do admin work by doing invoices and at the same time a liaison officer working hand in hand with the government for the releasing of new vehicle plates and pertinent documents.
My longest work experience was being a manager in a phone center catering to U.S. consumers. It was a market research firm and have worked there for 14 years. The company got hit by the pandemic that led to downsizing of their employees.
Right now, I am connected to another call center working as a customer support representative handling customer queries and needs with regards to their accounts."
