“I have been working as a Customer Care Specialist and Technical support from several companies for almost 8 years now, and during that time I've developed conflict resolution skills and phone etiquette effective in communicating with various type of customers.
I've worked as Customer service representative under Capital one as a dispute and fraud analyst which I display my analytical and critical thinking to help customer when they file a claim. I also became a Technical support under Dish campaign which I incorporate my customer service, probing skills that I learn from my previous role to a technical issues of the customer. The most recent that I've been to is under Amazon. I started out as a Customer Service Associate for retail. As I earned my experiences I was upskilled and trained from different line of business of the company. from Account change team, to Logistics and to the most complex role from Concession Abuse department and Escalation Help desk. I also support my team as an POC.
