    "As a recent graduate of a State University, I wish to contribute my knowledge and skills to your company’s innovative environment.

    I worked as a customer service representative in Alorica, the account that I’ve handled is Comcast West billing, in there we assist customers on their billing inquiries, basic troubleshooting, making a payment, transferring them to the different departments and we also do pitching by offering the different services that Comcast offer.

    I also worked as a Virtual Assistant in my client wherein I served as a Social Media Manager and Administrative Staff. I’m handling social media platforms such as Facebook, Craigslist and Google My Business etc. for business and product postings and promotions.

    I also handle answering calls, live chat, email and setting up an appointment with the clients for a construction company.
    I’d love to bring my talents and capabilities to contribute to the company and more willing to learn more the other necessary tasks
