“ I have already gained years of experience in the Customer Service industry. I previously worked (online, home-based) as a Career Adviser in a UK-based career coaching company. My job mainly involved customer service related tasks and was given multiple responsibilities along the way. I handled client queries via chat, email and calls. I was their primary go-to person as soon as they were onboarded on our system.
As a previous Administrative Assistant, I was responsible for keeping all of the management's files as organized as possible. I updated trackers on a daily basis. I drafted official notices for the company's new processes to be implemented and managed the admin's schedule across multiple booking platforms like Google Calendar, Simplybook, Hubspot and Microsoft Outlook
