"I used to work as an Inbound Sales Representative for a satellite radio company based in the U.S.A., and I was on the Preview campaign, where in most of the calls I received were new customers. My main responsibilities, aside from attendance and performance are: answering phone calls from customers, assist them with their concerns, provide them with right information about the product and services, offer them the right product/services that suit their needs, process their payments and make sure to remind them about the terms and conditions of the product/services they availed. The most important part of my role is to let the customers feel they are being treated like a V.I.P.. For me I had fun doing all of those tasks because they're easy and I'm pretty comfortable doing multi tasking. My shift starts at 8 AM EST until 5 PM EST. When it comes to helping customers, I definitely go the extra mile especially if it's possible and within company's policy. It always makes the customers feel appreciated. We are given a Sales target of 50% or above of calls received per day and I never miss any of those targets required, and I even got awarded for being a top performer. When it comes to customer service I always give my best because I love what I do and it gives me the feeling of accomplishment."
