"I worked as an online transcriptionist before I entered the bpo industry and worked as a reservation sales specialist ( night shift) for almost 2 years at a hotel chain company. Basically, what I do is hotel reservations (inbound calls), guest relations since I also do modifications and cancellations for existing reservations, follow ups to the property/ hotel itself, transferring partner offers, and upselling.
I also worked as an HR assistant/ junior guidance counselor during college at an international school and my primary duties are filing, data entry, assists recruitment, facilitates tests and group dynamic activities and email management but due to the current situation I’ve decided to permanently work from home now but it is your assurance that I will be performing my best once hired."
